Hi I'm Kody

I love sports. I like playing games and hanging out. I love to eat. I am Hawaiian and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to PLAY. I love to play sports, board games, outdoor games, indoor games, video games, anything that you can think of. I like to listen to just about anything. I think that music really sets a persons mood. I love the feelings that I get from listening to music. Hanging out with friends is something I enjoy. That's where I can get my point across to teens my own age and get the scoop on things I have no idea about. No matter how my day has gone I can always go to them or my family to put a smile on my face. I love them. I love my Family so much. My immediate family is small. But my extended family is very BIG. We love being in each others company either hanging out or playing games. Whenever we do hang out, being Polynesian, there is always food and our food is the best. I also love to eat. My mother was a shining star in our family. She really stood out. She passed away when I was a senior in High School. She had had breast cancer before hand and we thought she had it beat. Well it came back with vengence. It spread and she passed away from liver cancer. Everyone just shakes their head at me and ask,"How are you still here with that smile on your face?" The answer is always the same. I would not be here with this smile on my face. My family and my friends keeped me in line and gave me their genuine love. And the churchand what I have learned. I know that I will see my mother and be with her again. That's what puts this smile on my face. :D

Why I am a Mormon

I made the choice to be a mormon because I know that it is true and that it is what my Father in Heaven wants me to do. I know that through the church I can recieve the Gospel of Jesus Christ in it's fullest and also recieve all of the blessings that God is willing to give me. The church doesn't force anyone to join. We invite everyone that has an open heart to search for themselves, ponder on the things of The Book of Mormon, pray to God to see if the things that we believe in are true and he will answer through the Holy Ghost who testifys of the truth.

How I live my faith

At this moment, I am on a mission. A mission is something I have chosen to do. I give 2 years of my life focusing on the Lord, his teachings, and all of God's children. The church has changed my life completely. On the mission i get to share what I believe. What I believe makes me a very happy person. And I want to share that same happiness that I have found with others. I want to give others that same opportunity to change that I have had.
