Hi I'm Mark

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived all over Utah and in Southwestern Colorado. I like sports of all kinds especially basketball. I love small towns, and being outside. I am currently serving as a missionary In the California Fresno Mission, which is the best mission in the world. I have learned a lot about myself and what Christ can do to help us grow in strength and how he can always make us more than we currently are. I have grown a lot over the past couple of years due to my understanding about the Atonement of Jesus Christ and how you can overcome all challenges and trials with His help.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because when I live the teachings of the gospel I fell a closer connection with Jesus Christ, and my life seems to become easier. I grew up in the church but after I graduated and moved out I had a rebellious streak. After a couple of years I started to read my scriptures and pray daily, and everything in my life started falling into place and everything became easier. The spirit has touched my heart multiple times especially in this last year. The spirit is the most powerful tool to bring people to the church and also to bring people back to the church. My parents always taught me that the church was true, but I had to do my own thing and find out for myself whether or not it was true. Now I know that it is true and that it brings joy and happiness into your life, and I want to share that joy and happiness. I believe every person should feel true joy and happiness and I know that joy comes from living the teachings of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to be an example to my family and those around me. We read scriptures as a family on a daily basis and pray together as well. Everything is a work in process but as we live worthy of the Spirit we can show others how to be happy.
