Hi I'm Angela Bagley-Hansen

I am the mother of 5 children; 3 girls and twin boys. I am a wife of 25 years. I am a full time student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married to my college sweetheart for 25 yrs. I am the mother of 5 wonderful children ages 18, 15, 12 and twin boys age 8. I am the president of a youth organization serving 35 young women. I am a full-time student working toward another degree.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe that My Father in Heaven loves me and that he has provided a way for me to live happily. I believe that it is through living correct principles which are founded on the gospel, that I will be happy. I believe that by living the standards that the Gospel sets forth, I am setting myself and my family to reap the good consequences that comes from making good choices and decisions.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving as Christ served and loving my family neighbors as Christ loved his. I enjoy serving in my community and I serving my family. I tried to live my life in such a way that I can give more than I take. I believe that it is important to make decisions based on the long-term and even eternal consequences rather than what I want at the moment. This is one of the greatest things I believe I can teach my children. My husband and I believe that keeping our family close is of greatest importance. The way we do that is through daily family prayer and scripture study and by teaching them to develop strong character and to have high standards. Weekly church meeting are at the top of our priority list and all other activities, celebration events or sporting events are of secondary importance. We reserve Sundays for serving and attending our church meetings. I believe that it is important that my children know they have our support outside the home. I volunteer at my children's school on a regular basis. I started our school's first parent coalition which has grown to a large, school-wide organization that is responsible for raising a significant sum of money annually for the school. The organization is also responsible for coordinating hundreds of volunteer hours among the parents. I also serve on my daughter's gymnastics team board and help run the pole vault events at the high school track meets for my other daughter. All of our children sing in a professional adult and children's choir which we also support. I also believe that a family that plays together, stays together. My family loves to explore new places together. We enjoy visiting foreign countries together as well as traveling domestically in our motorhome. We also enjoy taking our children to the desert to ride dune buggies and dirt bikes. I am currently taking additional college classes so that I can help those who need medical services in underserved areas of the world.
