Hi I'm Gillian

I attended Brigham Young University-Hawaii and will be serving for the next 18 months in the Virginia Richmond Mission.

About Me

I've had the privilege to be born into the LDS church. My life has been richly blessed by my family and friends who have lived the gospel and been such amazing examples to me. I know that God has blessed me so much and I can't wait to give 18 months of my life to God in return.

Why I am a Mormon

You can have what you want, or you can have something better. Being a Mormon isn't always fun, easy, or popular. Never has and never will be. But I guarantee that if you give up the life that you think you want, for the life that God intends for you to live, you will find that it is better and more fulfilling than you could have ever imagined and your happiness in the end will be exponential. I am a Mormon because the guidance and blessings God gives me when I follow his will gives me true happiness.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by simply trying my best to be kind and understanding toward all people. Since we are all God's children, its important to try and always see people how God see's them. Not only for who they are now, but who they can become. All people have an individual divine potential. Now that I'm going to be serving a mission in Richmond Virginia, I hope that I can teach the people that and bring to their attention God's love for them.
