Hi I'm Phillip Pack

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a civil engineer with 5 kids. I have 2 sons on missions, one in the Baltic Mission and one in the Armenia, Yerevan mission. One daughter in high school, one son in middle school and a daughter in the 5th grade. I like to travel, water ski and wakeboard, snow ski, and play most sports. I like to watch Utah State play football and basketball. I went to Italy on my mission and I like to try to keep up on the Italian language. My favorite band this week is Manchester Orchestra. That changes quite often, I really like music. I play the violin and a little bit of guitar. I am an ancestor of one of the first Mormons in the salt lake valley in the advance party. My wife is a descendant of another man in the advance party. Interesting. I serve in the high council in our stake.

Why I am a Mormon

As stated above I was born in the church. I received my testimony hearing my father bear his testimony of Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormom. It was strengthened on my mission to the Italians in Sicily. I know that Christ Lives and atoned for my sins and suffered to understand my pains. Through His stripes I can be healed.

How I live my faith

I serve in the church in our stake. I have plenty of room for improvement but I try to live my religion 7 days each week. My calling gives me a chance to teach and talk and that helps me grow and learn.

What do Mormons believe concerning the doctrine of grace?

Phillip Pack
The grace of our Heavenly Father and mercy fron Him and His son Jesus Christ allow us the opportunity to repent and try to do better by forsaking our sins. If we accomplish repentance His grace is sufficient to save and purify me. Show more Show less
