Hi I'm Lexi Dahle

Montana raised, Texan spirited, Mormon girl :)

About Me

I'm a transplant Texan, who is super passionate about the gospel of Jesus Christ. I served a mission at the St. George Temple Visitors Center, and I loved being a teacher. I love watching people grow and learn, and I especially love seeing that moment when it all clicks.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I really like being one :)! The gospel of Jesus Christ really makes me happy, and has brought a lot of peace and comfort to me. Life can be so scarey, and we "can do ALL things through Christ” (Philip. 4:13). I, like many, have gone through a fair share of life's trials and heartache. During those times, the only thing that was really able to lift me up was my faith, and understanding of Heavenly Father's plan for me. I have received a spiritual witness that the Book of Mormon is the word of God, and that this book brings us closer to Christ. I am so grateful to feel God's love for me. I am grateful to know that God speaks to us and guides us through life. And to me, this is my most valuable gift. Heavenly Father is our Teacher, Comforter, and Guide. The great thing is, that everyone can have a testimony of this! All we need to do is ask our Heavenly Father, with a sincere heart and with real intent, and He will tell us through the power of the Holy Ghost. I love being a Mormon! You should be one too! :)

How I live my faith

I really love living my faith. I love serving in the ward (otherwise known as a congregation), and seeing my church family on Sunday. I really love reading and learning more about the gospel of Jesus Christ. To me, its super interesting, and super applicable. There really isn't anything that I feel stronger about. Everyone needs to know they have a Heavenly Father who loves them, knows them, and is there to help guide them through life. No one deserves to go through life never having a spiritual experience. My mission has helped me learn how to explain the basic principles that have built my relationship with my Savior, Jesus Christ. I know that through Him, and only through Him, we can all be saved, and can return to live with our Father in Heaven.

What are Mormon Temples used for?

Lexi Dahle
I am SO grateful that I served a mission at the St. George Temple. Temples are the houses of the Lord, and the most sacred structures on the earth! Its a place where Latter-day Saints go to be closer to God. Ultimately the most important thing that takes place in the temple is temple marriage. When two people are married in the temple, that marriage will last into eternity. Families can be together in the next life. I really believe that Heavenly Father has placed us into families to learn how to be more like Christ. In our families we learn to serve, forgive, and love, like no other place on earth. As we apply Christ's teaching to our families our families will be forever blessed! Show more Show less
