Hi I'm Nick

I'm a composer. I love soccer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play music. I've been blessed with the ability to play a wide range of instruments. I'm a flautist by trade, but I also enjoy playing the french horn. I also love to write music. I'm currently a music major in college, and I plan to seek a masters in film scoring. It can be tedious work, but it is very rewarding! I love to teach music and to see kids grow musically. I love to watch and play soccer! My favorite team is Brazil (Joga Bonito!). Needless to say, I'm very much looking forward to the world cup in Brazil!

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up in a Catholic family I was raised with good morals and a happy outlook on life. I was taught to be friendly, to be kind, and to be thoughtful of others. But my religious life was lacking severely. When I met my best friend in high school, she introduced me to the LDS church, and little by little I started to have a better understanding as to what our purpose in life was. I was baptized on January 28th 2012, and I couldn't be happier! I'm thankful for the restored gospel and for all of its truth. My life now is full of blessings, and as I continue to learn more about the gospel, I feel that each step of the way I grow closer to our Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I used to avoid going to church as much as possible before I was converted. Nowadays, I can't wait for Sunday! I love hearing about other people's conversion stories and their experiences, and I love to learn! Every Sunday I learn something new, and I feel as if my life is more complete with that knowledge. Alongside attending church, I read the Book of Mormon on a daily basis.
