Hi I'm Kendall

I'm a sports junky, a farm girl, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 22 years old. I grew up on a farm in a small town in Idaho and wouldn't have it any other way. I absolutely love working (playing) on the farm and the freedom that comes with it. I attended BYU and TVCC and have finished 2.5 years of school. I am currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints!!  I enjoy playing sports. I play basketball. soccer and softball, but basketball is easily my favorite! I also like to snowboard when I have the time. During the summer I love to go camping and boating. I wakeboard, kneeboard, slalom, tube-you name it. If it's at the lake I'm a happy camper!! Most of all I love to spend time with my family and friends. I have 7 sisters and 2 bothers all of whom I love like you wouldn't believe. I feel very blessed to have such wonderful friends and family in my life. They are all such great examples to me. I am so fortunate to have them and wouldn't want it any other way. I love being Mormon and the joy that the Gospel of Jesus Christ has brought into my life. It's simply the greatest blessing.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the LDS church so I have been a member all my life. Because of this I just went to church because I knew I was suppose to. I did all the things I should and never really questioned it, but I never tried to find out for myself if I really did believe. It wasn't until more recent events that I began to really have a desire to find out for myself. I read the Book of Mormon and prayed to know if it's words were true. I knew before I even prayed that it was true, but was reassured through my prayers that the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Gospel that Jesus Christ himself taught while he was on the earth, was restored to us through the Prophet Joseph Smith. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that Jesus Christ is my Savior. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true. It has been the greatest blessing in my life and that's why I'm a Mormon!!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving everyday to become more like my Savior Jesus Christ. This helps me to strengthen my relationship with Him and I know there's no better way to live. Currently I am serving a full-time mission devoting all of my time to His service! BOSS

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?
