Hi I'm Robert G.

I am a Military retiree, and a Equipment Yard manager. Happily married with many awesome grandchildren (Blessings). I'm a Mormon.

About Me

As a military person i have seen much, good and not so good. Have several children and a love for youth and there future. Family is the most important thing in my life. It has not always been that way. I put work first. I later saw the error of my ways. I am very outgoing and sometimes not as serious as i may need to be. However i still get the job completed. Am a Kiwanian, serving as president several times. What i do i do for the youth, as they are oour future.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a convert to the church. I was searching for a long time for a church that made me feel that Heavenly Father and i had a relationship. I met some sister missionarys who shared the gospel with me and asked me to read the Book of Mormon. After reading the BOM and prayed, I dig get that feeling of a relationship with God, a belief in the truthfulness for the Gospel and the Book of Mormon. My life has been so much more happy, content and moving in a positive direction as i follow my Heavenly Father in His eternal plan for me and my family as we can now bw together forever!

How I live my faith

I am aMulti time president of my local Kiwanis Club, Past Vise president to a local food bank group, Key Club advisor to the Local High School. Help with Senior projects as a Judge and or councilor. Have many awesome jobs (callings) within my church ward. Things like cub Scout - Cub Master, Librarian and Group Secretary. I enjoy serving others in so many ways. Look forward to whatever the future and Gods direction for me brings. Help organize and enjoy particapating in Empty Nesters (no kids at home) Family Home Evening get together. I visit and socialize with many other members of the Church and have so many friendships both within and outside the church. I use my faith as a mormon to interact with others to treat them as i wish to be treated! Love for others, caring, understanding, and the golden rule go a long way! Faith in the Gospel make all this seem easy to deal with.
