Hi I'm Adam

I'm from Portland, OR. I play trombone. I like to drive and work on cars. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently serving a two year mission, and I was originally called to the Brazil Riberao Preto mission, but I am now serving in the Alabama Birmingham mission. I have 2 older brothers, one of which is serving in the Army and the other is serving a mission in Guatemala City right now. I have an older sister and a younger sister as well. I was attending BYU-Idaho before my mission and intend to go there again after, majoring in Music Education. I play the trombone as well as I can, though I wish I was better. I like to drive and work on cars, and hope to work that into my future somehow. I love to listen to music such as Streetlight Manifesto, Daft Punk, Miles Davis, and random other artists that have good music out there.

Why I am a Mormon

The reason why I live as a member of the LDS church is because it all just makes sense. This Gospel and the teachings in this church are so happy, and intend to make everyone happy, no matter what they have done in the past. I can't see myself anywhere else than living the truths that I have come to find out through prayer and honestly trying it out for myself.

How I live my faith

Well, right now I am serving a two year full-time mission. Many people are surprised when we say we have no TV, no computers, no cell phone (that we can use for whatever we want), and we are working all day every day. But it's given me tons of happiness and I can bring happiness to other people as well. I love it.
