Hi I'm Molly Wright

I live in Arizona and I'm a married mother of six. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've been a member of the LDS church for all of my life. I am one of 9 kids and my brothers and sisters are some of my best friends. My husband and I live just down the street from where we grew up and we are happy to be raising our 6 kids where we have so many great memories. We feel extremely blessed to live by a lot of extended family. I graduated from college with teaching degree but have enjoyed staying home with my kids. They keep us busier than I ever thought possible, but there's nothing else I would rather be doing. Our youngest child was born with a serious heart condition, and it has forever changed our family for the better. We have learned so much and been shown so much love and kindness, which we hope we can do for others. My husband is the biggest support in my life and is such a strength to me. He does many things to make my life easier and is a great example to me. We love watching our kids play sports and have fun together. I love to run (when I'm not injured from it), play games with my family and travel.

Why I am a Mormon

Being born into an LDS family is something I feel extremely grateful for. Although I have never been without the Gospel, I have come to know for myself that it is true. I know that it is the happiest way to live. I have had many opportunites to see the hand of the Lord in my life and know that my greatest joy and happiness come as I live the teachings of Jesus Christ. I know that He atoned for me, and that as I make mistakes or experiences hardships, I can rely on Him. As a parent, I feel so blessed to have the tools of the Gospel to teach my children. There is great peace and comfort knowing we can be together after this life as we live the Gospel as we should.

How I live my faith

Throughout my life I have found that I am never happier than when I am doing things to help others. I have been able to be associated with people from many religions who have inspired me by their strong faith and love of the Lord. I hope that I in turn have been able to strengthen them. In our church we are given many opportunities, or callings, to work and serve with different people. I currently get to work with the children. It is so wonderful to be with them and feel the spirit they have. They are good and they make me want to be better! As I teach them, I am reminded about the basics of our faith, and try to live them better. My husband is the leader (Bishop) of our congregation and our family has felt very blessed by him being able to do this job. In our home, we read scriptures together and talk about things that will help us to be better. As I take the time to pray and study the gospel, I am better able to handle the challenges of life.
