Hi I'm Hope

I love to try new things. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am from one of the most beautiful places on earth. I feel so fortunate to have been able to grow up in a place with so many great people that I have been able to look up to. Currently I am in nursing school. From a young age I learned how to take care of others with different needs. Because I love to try new things, I have a lot of random interests and hobbies! I love music, yogurt, cooking, tennis, running, golf, crocheting, and traveling.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a Mormon family but being a Mormon is my own personal choice. When I read the Book of Mormon for the first time, I remember feeling peace in my heart. Everytime I read the Book of Mormon I have the same peace and assurance that it is true. Even through difficult circumstances and hardships, I know that my Heavenly Father is aware of me and is looking out for me in ways that I probably don't even recognize. Being a Mormon has not made me immune from adversity or hardships. But having the gospel of Jesus Christ in my life has helped me to learn from, cope with, and overcome the adversity that I have faced in my life. I know that God loves me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by standing up for what I believe in and serving others. Whether it's by changing the television channel, radio station, including others, or avoiding profane language, I feel good when I stand up for my values. Currently I am in a ward with young single adults. I love attending church and learning from other single adults about how they live their faith.
