Hi I'm Tiffani!

I'm a newly wed and I love my life! I, AM A MORMON!

About Me

I am a returned missionary from the Arkansas Little Rock Mission, and my mission changed everything about my life. I married my best friend and former district leader, and I have never been happier. I LOVE life and the great outdoors. Those who know me call me "Fanni Oakley" Cuz I am a dead shot when it comes to recreational shooting. I love the desert and anything you can do in it. I am pretty typical, I doodle when I am bored, I think music calms the soul, I am kinda sorta a movie junky, I live for the lehi round up.....but nothing means more to me than my religion, my family and my freedom.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have learned the true meaning of unconditional love, repentance, and forgiveness by one greater than us all, our Savior Jesus Christ. I've spent too much time in my life dwelling on the hard times I have been through, and not enough time thinking about the future paths of forgiveness I could eventually arrive at. Through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, I have finally been made whole. Every gap I have felt, every tear I have cried has been swallowed up in His redeeming love. Through faith on him and his atonement, repentance, and enduring to the end, I now help others get on the path that will lead them to their own heights of repentance and forgiveness, and I have never been happier! I've learned the meaning of the words, "Today is a new day, it is never too late." I changed today so that I could be happier tomorrow.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving others. I work with Deaf-Blind children and other Special Needs Individuals, I teach a mission prep class with my husband, I'm serving as a ward missionary in an area near you. I teach. I testify. I love. I'm a mormon.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

As a missionary we visit the homes of families all across the world to invite everyone to come closer to Christ by helping them to recieve the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and his atonement, repentance, baptism, recieving the gift of the Holy Ghost and enduring to the end. That is our primary purpose in visiting families. We know how these steps can bring a family closer together and change lives, and how we have seen it bless our own lives. These are the things we talk about: 1. How the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has been restored through a living prophet. 2. Faith in Christ and in his sacrifice for us. Why that sacrifice needed to happen and how it applies to you individually and how it can bless our families. 3. Repentance, Because Christ died for us we are able to be forgiven of all our faults. 4. Baptism, Christ was our ultimate example. He set the bar by first being baptized. 5. Recieving the gift of the Holy Ghost, a constant companion to be with us and to communicate with and comfort us in need. 6. Enduring to the End. Once we have repented, been baptized and recieved the Holy Ghost we are expected to continue to live our lives in a way that continually draws us closer to Christ. Its not over after the motions. This life is a constant challenge. We are faced with challenges each day, but the way we handle those challenges is what shows Heavenly Father our true desires. It will help him to make a correct choice after this life. Show more Show less
