Hi I'm Tyler Dee Kidman

I'm a Mormon

About Me

Im from Shelley, ID and went to Shelley High School. I love sports and fitness and anything related to either one! I served a mission for the LDS church in Mexico City and I am currently a Junior studying at Brigham Young University-Idaho with hopes to go to medical school afterward.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family that is active in the church. As I have grown older I have grown to love it and know without a doubt and for myself that it is true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing my best to live the commandments and instructions that Christ has given us. I realize that I, nor anyone else is perfect, yet I do my best to live my faith to the best of my abilities.

What is faith?

Tyler Dee Kidman
Basically faith is a belief and knowledge in things such as: that God will help us and answer our prayers, and that the Book of Mormon and our church are true. It takes a lot of trust, and for me it has been tough to gain because I didnt really know how. But during my time at the MTC I came across Moroni chapter 7, which talks a lot about Faith, and for me it was almost like instuctions on how to gain faith. I learned that the first step is prayer, and when you pray often and ask for help and try to be Christ-like, those lead to meekness and love, which lead to hope, which leads to faith. As I have applied these things by praying more sincerely and trying to turn outwards and be more Christ-like, it has made a big difference in my life and my mission. Show more Show less
