Hi I'm Kyungeun Son

I was born and raised in South Korea. I am currently attending BYU-Hawaii. I love my mom, dad and my lovely sister. I am a mormon.

About Me

I go by Karen. I currently live in Hawaii. I love swimming, boxing, sometimes running, and watching basketball and soccer games. I am a political science major. I am not a politics expert, but I love reading about political news and issues going around the world. I want to make changes in life while I am on earth, whatever change it might be. I love my family, friends and strangers who are nice and sweet to me. I love music even though my singing isn't the best thing to listen to. I try to be positive in all things.

Why I am a Mormon

Four missionaries impressed my family and my parents decided to get baptized, so I followed their decision. I was young. This is probably why I fell away from the Church after two years I got baptized. Then I met this wonderful family in Salt Lake City who actually, spiritually, and sincerely converted me to get back to the Church. I love that family.

How I live my faith

Since I am in a Church school, everyday and every night of my life these days are full of spiritual things. I pray about 8 to 10 times a day average. It helps me keep the spirit with me at all times. I follow good examples that you guys set for me. Everybody in the Church is good examples for me. I try to serve others as best as I can. I love serving others in any possible ways and times. This is my personal calling that the Lord gave me for sure, and I am trying my best to fulfill this mission while on earth.
