Hi I'm Megan

I grew up in Lindon Utah. I am a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a Returned Missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a fun loving girl that likes to hang out with my friends and my family. I am a student at BYU. I am studying in Family and Consumer Science Education. This is a long and cooler way of saying I want to teach Home Economics. I learned on my Mission that I love to teach. I served in the Anaheim California Mission. I love to Laugh. I like the simple things in life and they make me happy. I am a HUGE fan of Disney and I thought that it was pretty funny when I was called to the "Disneyland Mission". I love my family and I would do anything for them.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, and I have chosen to follow His gospel. I know that through the gospel of Jesus Christ my life has been blessed with amazing experiences. I have leanered for myself that when we keep the commandments of god we are blessed and we will be happier people. I know that I have been strengthened through the gospel. I know that there is a Prophet on the earth today and he does receive revelation for our day. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I am thankful for this Gospel and how much it has blessed my life.

How I live my faith

I served a Mission in Anaheim California. I learned so many new things, and as I continue to study the scriptures and I apply the principles I am learn I continue to learn new things. I have learned that it is important to return to the basics of the Gospel; Faith, Repentance, Baptism, Receiving the Gift of the Holy Ghost, and Enduring to the End. I live my faith by how I progress in what I learn and how I apply what I have learned to my life. I also live my faith by serving others. I believe what King Benjamin said in chapter 2 of Mosiah, "...When ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God." As a missionary I am here to devote 18 months of my life to my Heavenly Father.

How can I find someone to talk with, in person, about the Mormon religion?

An Apostle of the Lord said in a recent talk given in a general meeting of the Church, " Ask the Missionaries! They can Help you." I am one of those Missionaries right now and I would love to Help, and teach anyone about what We believe! Show more Show less
