Hi I'm Justin

I was born and raised in Montana. I am a simple man who is loyal and hard working. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My hobbies and interest include hunting, fly fishing, hiking, shooting sports, and computers. I was home schooled from 7th grade through high school. I recieved my GED and went to BYU-Idaho for a semester to get my 'generals' done. Shortly after I decided to join the Marine Corps, as did my twin brother. After about a year and a half of pushing paperwork, I was denied from joining for medical reasons. It has been a long road for me at times, but even when I turned my back on God he never turned his back on me. I have learned from my experiences and they have made me a better and stronger individual. Right now I am serving an LDS mission in Atlanta, Georgia. I cannot deny the blessings from God that are so apparent in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It is my choice to follow Jesus Christ and the example he has given to each of us. I am serving my mission, not because it is easy for me to leave behind my family, friends, school, and girlfriend; but because I know that Jesus Christ is my savior. He suffered all of my sins and has paid for all of my shortcomings. All that he asks us to do is to repent and leave behind our sins, and to follow in His footsteps. I know that God is our Heavenly Father, and he loves us. He wants us to be happy. I have found that happiness through trying to pattern my life after Christ. I know the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I know that it was translated by the power of God given to a prophet named Joseph Smith, and that Thomas S. Monson is the prophet on the Earth today. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is Christ's true and living church. I cannot deny the things that I have come to know.

How I live my faith

I do my best to build Gods kingdom. I strive to help others and follow Jesus Christ. I am far from perfect. I mess up a lot; but that is what our lives are all about. We are here to learn and grow from our experiences, so that one day we may be able to live with Heavenly Father and have true happiness. This is my goal.
