Hi I'm J C

I'm a Mormon I grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho and lived there for 70 years. Have been a Mormon all my life.

About Me

I really like to fly fish. I think it is challenging to know your river and the types of fly hatches that are involved during certain times of the year. I love sports, especially basketball. I have played that game and thoroughly enjoy the game. I also like field and track events. I have played racquetball for several years, but that has been in the past, just like basketball. All are memories. I have had some college but most of my life has been the school of practical efforts in the work force. I am the father of six children..3 girls and 3 boys with several grandchildren. I do like watching soccer and learning about this sport. Above all, I am a family man.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a mormon all my life. My parents taught me about the church at a very young age. I have enjoyed the youth programs and the friends that I make. We all share a common interest, that of maintaining strong standards that help you through your daily life. My wife and children and grandchildren are all mormons. It is great to watch them all adhere to the standards they have commited to and to see their successes in school, within their own families, and with their friends, and community, as they maintain those standards. There is a common bond with the mormons as we live our beliefs. We are interested in the well being and happiness of our friends and neighbors who are not mormons. We like to help them as friends, when they need assistance and comfort.

How I live my faith

I have been a hometeacher since I was thirteen. I have seen how this program has strengthened families and individuals as we help our neighbors. I have taught several Sunday School classes and have worked with youth in their programs. I have served in many callings of responsability for several years. All of which have helped me grow personally. The callings we to serve other mormons and neighbors in my neighborhood
