Hi I'm Kyle Johnson

I'm a Mormon. I was born in Logan and grew up in Young Ward.

About Me

I am served an LDS mission in the state of Washington. I played the trumpet in the Mountain Crest Marching Band and participated in that for four years. I've been to Las Vegas and St. George for competitions and also participated in the National Independance Day Parade in the summer of 2011. I am a huge fan of anything technological and I am going to major in Computer Science at Utah State University, and I plan on going into Computer IT.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know it is the true church on this earth. I love helping people come unto Christ and I am an example without even trying. My best friends cousin has come back to the church after ten years of being inactive and I am part of the reason why. He saw that I was living rightously and how blessed I am because of it and wanted that for himself. I also know that God hears and answers prayers. It can be hard to humble yourself enough to kneel down and ask Him for help, but if you do, He will help you.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by helping others come unto Christ and build a foundation of Christ. Before my mission, I had a calling in the church as a teacher. I taught children ages six to seven. I helped them build their foundation of Christ while they are young which will continue to grow and become strong as they decide to serve missions and start their own family.

Who wrote the Book of Mormon?

Kyle Johnson
A lot of people say that Joseph Smith just wrote the Book of Mormon and made it up. While he did write it, he did so by translating ancient records written by prophets in the ancient Americas ranging in date from 600 B.C. to 400 A.D. All this was done through the power of God. Joseph Smith was an instrument in God's hands to bring about these great scriptures. Show more Show less
