Hi I'm Adam

I grew up in North Salt Lake, UT and love traveling the world. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I studied mechanical engineering at the U. of Utah and I am now studying at the U. of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School getting my MBA. I look forward to a career in investment banking. I enjoy college basketball and football as well as playing just about any sport. Tennis, golf and football are my favorite sports to play. I love traveling all over the world, I have been to over 20 countries in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

As a teenager I decided to find out for myself whether being a Mormon was what I wanted and so I prayed about it as well as continued reading the Book of Mormon. After much pondering and prayer, God told me through the Holy Ghost that I was on the right path and that I should continue. I served a two year mission to Santiago, Chile where my testimony was strengthened by serving and teaching others about Jesus Christ and his restored gospel. I know without a doubt that God answers our prayers and that he has called modern-day prophets in our day to help us know what we need to do to have peace and joy in our lives. God lives and wants us to have all that he has and he will bless us so long as we are faithful.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as Ward Mission Leader in my local ward. I enjoy this calling because I am able to interact with the full-time missionaries and those they are teaching. It is so amazing to talk to people investigating the church and seeing the light in their eyes when they come to recognize the truth. Experiencing their conversion and seeing them get baptized is truly a great experience. I also am a home teacher and get to know various families each month by visiting them and sharing a brief message. Service is a big part of being Mormon and I try and participate whenever I am given the opportunity.
