Hi I'm Tait Clements

I'm patient when I want, crafty when I can, full of love, and love to serve. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Logan Utah, lived in and around the area, finally settling in Hyrum, UT for a the majority of my childhood. My mom remarried when I was 11, and before I turned twelve, we moved to Arkansas to help my step-Grandparents run their ranch. I learned a lot about both hauling hay and running cattle to fishing and hunting. We lived on my grandparents land for 7 years, and in that time I had three deaths in the family. The last and most influential on me was that of my step-grandfather, as we always helped him run the farm. Then all of those things which he used to do fell to my dad to take care of, and we were got to help him even more. Eventually we were able to find a house of our own, and moved off my step-grandma's land, and we are finally on our own little patch of heaven.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church, but I was not always the best example of what we believe in. When I moved to Arkansas, I found out that not all people believe the same things as you do, and I found out that people are really curious about what we believe in. Although what really frustrated me, was that I didn't know all the answers to their questions, and I felt like I wasn't living up to the expectations of the Lord. So I found that new desire to learn more about the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to a hope to be able to answer peoples questions more clearly, so that they were not left with questions about why God and Jesus Christ are so important to me.

How I live my faith

I strive each day to know what mistakes I make, because I know I am not perfect. I look for as many opportunities as possible to serve others, and have always found joy come from those opportunities to act as Christ would if he were here on the earth today. I continually remind myself that I am not the judge of anyone but myself, and treat everyone I meet with as much respect as I can. And I have found that this brings me great feelings of love and peace in my life. I hope to be able to continue working towards Christ's example, as I know I can always work harder to improve my life.
