Hi I'm Brady Berryessa

I'm a missionary, I've got an X and a Y chromosome, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the good ol' Santa Clara valley in Utah. My life has been great! I find a ton of pleasure in the outdoors, however, I do love to bowl, play chess, and go on long drives. I'm a missionary right now in the Ohio Cleveland Mission (the cradle of the Restoration) and feel so blessed to be serving in such a sacred place. I currently am serving in Youngstown, Ohio and am loving every minute of it. I love my life but I also love the Lord.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a humble household in Santa Clara, Utah where my parents taught me "the ways of the Lord." I saw how much the Savior's teachings have helped me in my life but also some of my family members and friends. I have gone through hard times that were only possible because of the Savior and his example. Never have I felt as much joy as I have from engulfing myself in His gospel. There came a point where I could no longer ride on my parent's coat tails and off of their testimony of the gospel; I had to find it out for myself if it was true. After study and prayer I received my answer that the Lord restored His church on the earth. This is the only way we can be truly happy and have complete joy. That is why I'm a Mormon and that is why you should be a Mormon if you aren't already one!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being employed by The Man Upstairs and working for him with all of my heart. I go out on a daily basis helping people come closer to our Savior Jesus Christ through the most true book on the earth: The Book of Mormon. I study at least 2 hours everyday so I can feel at least somewhat adequate for the huge tasks that lie ahead of me. But plain and simply I live my faith by doing my best to follow in Christ's footsteps that he easily has set before all of us.
