Hi I'm Marcia

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married and have a son. I am currently working on my Master degree in English Comp/Literature. I work part time at a law firm as a Legal Assistant and spend the rest of my time either at school or at home with my family. I am a lover of the arts. I thoroughly enjoy trips to museums and historical places. My husband and I recently had the opportunity to visit London, England wherein we visited many beautiful monumental sites. Our little family enjoys going to the beach, Disneyland, the zoo, and trips to the park.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church; this means that my parents were members when I was born. I was baptized at the age of eight. I am a Mormon because I know that this is truly the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I believe that while all churches have some truth, this is the only church that contains the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that God loves us and has a plan for us so that we may return to live with him again. His plan provides the way for families to be together forever. Through much prayer and study, I have come to this sure knowledge that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the true church on the earth today. This is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I participate in church by teaching a Sunday School class wherein we discuss basic principles of the gospel. I have had the opportunity to also work with children to help them come to know that they have a Heavenly Father that loves them. I really enjoy being able to serve. I try to be a good neighbor and provide my help where I see it is needed.
