Hi I'm Cassie

I'm a Mormon. I am studying Interior Design at Brigham Young University-Idaho. I am married.

About Me

I have been going to school for three years and have two more left. I got into the Interior Design program after my first, thus the 5 years instead of 4. I love sewing, painting, cleaning/organizing, volleyball, and being a wife. I have been married for almost a year. We just got a puppy and his name is Winston. He is a Brittany Spaniel and very adorable at only 7 weeks old.

Why I am a Mormon

I was a member because I was born into the church for a very long time, but now I am a member because I know that it is true. I love the teaching of the Bible, Book of Mormon, and Doctrine & Covenants. Being in school I have studied them more and found a great love and power to their teachings and council. I know that God lives, that Joseph Smith restored the gospel and that, and that we can all return to live with our eternal families because of the atonement of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I teach the Marriage/Family relations class in Sunday School with my husband. We love it because it gives us a chance to talk about the gospel together and to learn together. I visit teach the girls that I am supposed to. I love it because it gives me a chance to serve and to get to know people in my ward that I wouldn't otherwise. (I can be shy at times) I also love the opportunity that it gives me to talk about the gospel with other people. They strength my testimony and I always walk away with knowledge that I didn't have before.
