Hi I'm Danny

I love music, volleyball, being with friends, and helping others. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My Name is Danny and I enjoy life and being with my family and friends. I was born in Utah and grew up in Colorado. I mostly enjoy music- listening to it, creating it, reading about it. Just about anything. It has always had an impact on me and the person I've become today. I play the piano a little and like to sing here and there. My biggest dream is to become a music exectutive or be part of a record label. I love the business side of how music is created and finding that talent and the different types of artists there are out there. So that is kind of a focus as far as a career. I am enrolled at BYU Hawaii and did a semester there. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints and I love being a Mormon!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because its shaped me into a better person. I have always felt that this is true and its a huge part of who I am. I was raised into this church and I was for a long time just going through the motions of it and really didn't have a testimony. I think my testimony has been growing over time and based upon experiences in the church here and there. When I needed a friend the church was there for me. When I needed comfort, the church was there for me. I also give many thanks to my wonderful parents who raised me in it. I was adopted as a baby and my parents have given me the life that I needed and I'm so grateful for them. I continue to live the gospel and bring it into my nature of life as much as possible. Humility is the key for me. We may think we know how we need to live our lives and be successful, but ultimately our Heavenly Father knows and will assist us every step of the way.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by living the commandments that Heavenly Father has given to us and also by being an example to those around me. Right now I'm serving a full time mission in the Michigan Detroit Mission, which has been the greatest experience of my life. I do it because I want others to know about this gospel and how they can increase their faith in Christ and gain that relationship that they may not have with Our Father in Heaven.
