Hi I'm Greg Wheatley

I'm married to a wonderful wife. Have three wonderful children. We have our ups and downs but press on. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a married to a wonderful wife that puts up with a lot. We have a 6yr old daughter, 3yr old son, and 11mth old. We are learning lots about patience. I work as a dietitian and my wife works as a pharmacist but we share the full time job of taking care of our children. We have been blessed to have wonderful bosses that have let us work our schedule to allow us to be home with our children through the week. It's a blessing but it has it's own challenges of balancing life and time together with my spouse.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that I've made the decision to be a member of the church and it's not just because my parent were members and I was raised in a LDS home. I love the concept that we are all striving to become better people. I know repentance or change for the better is only possible through Jesus Christ and his teachings. The church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has the all the aspects of the gospel that allow for complete change and teaches the importance that we are all here on earth to help each other succeed and live as Christ would....even with all our imperfections. I need the Savior's love in my life.

How I live my faith

I read my scriptures daily, looking for inspiration. I pray daily and have family prayer. I'm striving to learn from my wife and children on how Heavenly Father interacts with us in similar ways, as His children. I want to be a better husband and father. I've been praying and fasting to be speak softly and kindly to my family and others. I strive to listen to the positive thoughts and feelings that prompt me to help others.
