Hi I'm Josh

I'm a dude who is mormon.

About Me

I am married to my beautiful wife, father of two wonderful children, a 7 year old boy and 8 month old baby girl. I fly Apache and Blackhawk helicopters in the U.S. Army. I attend Aeronautical school full time. My hobbies include traveling and camping with my family, skateboarding and playing sports with my son.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the church is true and I know without a doubt in my heart that it is right through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and reading scriptures daily. There is nothing in this church that steers you away from a Christ centered life and believing that the Son of God, Jesus came to this Earth to make the ultimate sacrifice so that we can be with our Heavenly Father again someday. I was raised in many different churches and they all have great qualities and until I found that through the living prophets and the Book of Mormon, that fullness and longing for more knowledge was not there. I encourage those who may question whether the church is true to pray and read with an open mind and heart and let the Holy Spirit guide you as you ponder the scriptures. God loves each and every one of us and wants us to draw closer to him and through this church you can attain that closeness through scripture studying, service, and listening to the great words of the living prophet.

How I live my faith

Daily prayer and reading. Always having a repentant heart. Family home evening. Sharing the greatness of the gospel. Fellowship. Most importantly by living and striving to be like Jesus Christ each and everyday. That in itself can be a witness to those around us.

What do Mormons believe about Jesus Christ? Do Mormons believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God?

Josh
Jesus is God's begotten son who came to this earth as a man to atone for our sins so that we can be with God again someday through repentance. By grace we are saved. Show more Show less
