Hi I'm Madison

I live in Utah, I'm 16 years old, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love playing volleyball, reading, singing, swimming, boating, and running. My favorite season is Summer. I love my school and making friends. I love my ward and going to mutual. I have 7 siblings and I'm the second oldest in my family. I love going on trips and doing fun stuff with my family and friends. I want to be a psychologist when I grow up, and I want to go to college at UC Santa Barbara.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it helps me live my life the way that I know will make me happy. I was born into a family that loves the gospel and Jesus Christ. Whenever I am unhappy, the knowledge I have from being a member of the church always makes me feel better. I know that Jesus and God love us very much and have created the plan of salvation so that we can come live with him again someday. My testimony means to me that I have a purpose in life and I can always ask my Heavenly Father for help. I follow the gospel because it is so simple and perfect and has such an amazing message for anyone that will listen.

How I live my faith

I am a secretary in the Young Womens organization. I love performing musical numbers with my Young Women. I help organize weekly activities for the Youth and I love attending and participating in them. I enjoy helping with and participating in Sunday School lessons. One thing my chuch has taught me is the power of service. I love volunteering at my local Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and library and doing service projects for those in need. My Mom is the Compassionate Service Leader in my ward and I love helping her organize help for people who are struggling.

How can we come to know our Father in Heaven?

Since happiness in this religion can only be achieved through faith, the only way to come to know and have a relationship with Heavenly Father is through prayer. If you pray to Him with pure intent and have faith that your prayer will be answered, he will witness to you the truth of this gospel. Show more Show less
