Hi I'm Carol

I'm a mother of six, grandmother of nine. My family is very important to me. I'm a Dental Hygientist and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm married to a great guy who share the same values as I. We have been married for almost 34 years and have six children. My greatest happiness come from seeing and being a part of all the great things my children are doing. I have loved watching my children play sports and I can really get into the game and be a loud spectator as I cheer them on. I have loved watching them develop other talents in music, public speaking, or just seeing them being a caring and thoughtful friend. I can not imagine my life without them. My husband and I worked to help the other finish college and place a great value on Education. All of our children have attended college and in a few years they should all hold a college degree. I still love to learn but now I choose the classes that I consider funner. I grew up on a farm and still love watching things grow. We grow a very large garden which is a lot of work but eating the fruits of my labor makes it all worth it. There is nothing to compare to a vine ripened tomatoes. I love to sew and quilt and feel this is my outlet for artistic expression. I love to dance and have been taking an adult ballet class for the past thirteen years. I should be good by now but I'm not and that's okay. I love music and and I sing in a women's groupe. Music can really lift my soul and brighten my days.

Why I am a Mormon

Even though I have been a member all my life I was encouraged to know for myself if the church was true. I have studied and prayed and have received my answer. I have had many prayers answered and because of this I know that I am not alone and that Christ's church has been established on the earth again. A living prophet directs this Church and I have benefited from his counsel. I enjoy good health by living the Lord's law of Health, which we call the word of wisdom. I have been able to feel peace in a troubled world. I have been able to develop a relationship with the Savior by studying the Church's teachings. I am very glad I'm a Mormon and feel my life has been blessed because of it.

How I live my faith

The Church has given me many opportunities to serve. I was a youth leader in my teens and learned to organize and conduct meetings. I now work with the women of the church and I love serving them. Our motto is "Charity Never Faileth" Charity is the pure love of Christ and I have found joy in helping others. I have learned that things really don't bring us happiness but serving others does. The Church has given me many opportunities and will give me many more in the years to come. I love my faith, my family and my God and I am very grateful for this Church.
