Hi I'm Hannah

I grew up in the heart of Utah. I always have a book with me. I love to collect matching dinnerware. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a young professional working at a non-profit in the heart of the Nation's Capitol...and I love it! I grew up in the middle of Utah with good friends and a lot of goof influences around me. I attended Brigham Young University-Idaho where I was able to grow in so many areas. I had trials and struggles that make me stronger and courageous, and triumphs that brought me happiness and joy. Upon graduating I decided to move to Washington DC where I could be a good influence on others around me. I love to read and always have a book in my hand. I love to cook meals for friends and loved one where we can gather for a couple hours and enjoy good food and matching dinnerware. As a missionary I found my true passion which is speaking Spanish and interacting with the Hispanic people. Now I say that I have a Hispanic heart because of my love and compassion for those people.

Why I am a Mormon

I've seen time and time again the blessings that have come when I keep the commandments of God. I feel peace and power in my life, I have a greater capacity to deal with life's problems, and I'm able to resist the temptations of Satan when I follow the commandments and do what the Lord has asked.

How I live my faith

I'm grateful to be able to serve the Lord through church service. Right now I'm able to help plan the different meetings and activities for the women of the church which enables me to get to know a lot of the women that I go to church with. I'm also able to serve in the Washington DC temple which is such a blessing in my life. I love being in the Lord's temple and helping the people who come to the House of the Lord. I feel empowered and protected which I know comes from being willing to sacrifice.
