Hi I'm Mala Matthew

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm originally from the Marshall Islands, but I moved to Hawaii when I was 12 & have been ever since. I served my Mission at Las Vegas Nevada from 2010-2011. I love the lord

Why I am a Mormon

Because i know that it is the lord Jesus Christ's church restored back to the earth. I've never been so sure and clear on an answer as i am about the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint.

How I live my faith

I live it by the things that I do, by the words that i speak & as i try my best, i know that everyone make mistakes, but trying to correct our mistakes takes a true believer.

Do Mormons worship Joseph Smith?

Mala Matthew
I believe the question is do we worship Moses? Abraham? Noah? Peter? James?, no we don't. We do believe that they were indeed prophets of God. Their words were instructions to us in this life so that we can know what to do in order for us to please our Heavenly Father & to return safely home to him. These prophets of which i've mentioned, are of olden time, and Heavenly Father called them to reveal to us what he would want us to know, Just like he has many times. Why was that important? because people back in the days needed it, but one question, does people in this modern day need it? & if we need it, why doesn't heavenly father send them to us anymore? is he not powerful enough? all of which I would say Yes we need them, & No, he is powerful. And just as he did then, he has done so in the 1800 when he visited Joseph Smith in the sacred grove in NY, at that time he called Joseph to be a Prophet and to restore his church, and I know that because of the Book Of Mormon, and prayer. Now I do not worship Joseph Smith, but like the other prophets, I know without a doubt that he was called of God, and his words and his guidance are of God. Show more Show less
