Hi I'm Brandon

Grew up in CA and TX. I love my wife and daughter. My work involves finding cures for rare medical disorders. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an amateur French Hornist and Culinary Chef, and more than anything, I enjoy time spent with my wife and child whether we are reading, biking, singing, learning, praying, hiking, or playing together. I have lived in California, Utah, Washington, and Israel, and nothing has impressed me more in any of the places I have lived than wonderful friends who have enriched my perspective. That being said, my soul is in Texas where I spent the most formative years of my life and where I hope to return.

Why I am a Mormon

Nothing has ever fulfilled my spiritual needs and magnified my ability to fulfill the same desire in others like the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ found in the Book of Mormon and the LDS Church.

How I live my faith

Besides being a husband and father, I have found something I love to do, which is research, and I have poured my heart into it and into getting to know other researchers. I have also enjoyed opportunities afforded by being a Mormon, which have included teaching children about the Savior, training up Cub Scouts, spending two years as a full-time representative of the Church reaching out to people seeking spiritual fulfillment, fellowshipping other members of the Church, and getting a university education at BYU. More than anything, I wonder at how it is that Christ can have such a strong and positive influence in my life; I wonder at how someday I will be perfected through him by my faith in him; for he is the principal driver behind every righteous desire I have pursued.
