Hi I'm Dana

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student studying human communication. I love to do any type of craft! Scrap-booking and sewing are a couple of my favorites. I also love to bake yummy treats for my family and friends. Clothes and fashion are always on my radar! I want to go to nail school after I graduate.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents joined the LDS church before I was born. I feel blessed to have grown up in a home that teaches and lives Mormonism. As a child, I relied upon my parents to teach me what was right. But now, as an adult, I have my own deep belief that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true. I have studied and prayed, and I know that I have a Heavenly Father who knows and loves me. Because I have knowledge about our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, I can't imagine not being a member of the LDS church. I know that the Gospel has been restored to the Earth by the Prophet Joseph Smith. I know that we have a prophet on Earth today, who tells us the will of our Father in Heaven. By being a Mormon, I am able to worship my Heavenly Father, and help to bring the fullness of the Gospel to the Earth.

How I live my faith

In everything I do, I try to become more like Jesus Christ. Of course I'm not perfect, but by attending church, serving others, studying, and praying to my Heavenly Father, I am able to improve and become more Christlike. I go to church meetings every Sabbath day, I also serve in the church by providing weekday activities for girls ages 8-11. We meet twice a month and do activities that will help the girls learn more about the Gospel, and have lots of fun!
