Hi I'm April

I am a fashion design student. A sister to many. A member missionary to all. And I love Jesus Christ! I am a Mormon!

About Me

I am 23, single and loving life! I attend fashion school in Salt Lake City and live with my beautiful family (mom, dad and two younger sisters). I have two sisters who live out of state and a brother currently on a mission in Houston Texas. I work as a deseret book employee selling books. I love being involved in school, my work and community.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe this is where God wants me to be. I see miracles daily in my life through him. I have been blessed to meet people from all walks of life. I have the best family, but know many are not blessed with that. I have loved many people and believe firmly in the power of change and that nothing can be done which can not be made better through Christs' Atonement. He provides a way to change for the better. It is NEVER too late to come to him!

How I live my faith

I am a member missionary in my ward. I always love talking about this great church of jesus christ of latter day saints to those who are interested and want to learn more. Being Christlike is the best way I know how to live my faith. Everybody has hard days and hard periods in their life and no one can make it on their own. We are so small in the life perspective of things!

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Families are the basic unit of society. Destroy families and you will see societies destroyed. Much of what we learn result from our family because that's who we grow up with. That's who teaches us to talk and walk. Family is so important to us because we know they are eternal and part of Gods plan for us to be happy. Men was not meant to be alone. Show more Show less

What is the Law of Chastity?

The Law of Chastity is a higher law. In our world today sexual relations are degraded and treated lightly. In God's eyes he has given us wisdom in asking us to be careful in how we use our bodies. We are so blessed to have bodies! Satan does not have a body and because of this I know he wants us to abuse ours. Sexual Intercourse is a sacred and a special power we believe in keeping between husband and wife lawfully wedded. Show more Show less
