Hi I'm Dan

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married for 34 years; have five children ages 32 down to 23 (four boys and one girl); currently have four grandchildren. I own my own business and I am a retirement advisor and I help people (usually kicking and screaming) set up a safe and secure income stream in retirement which they can't outlive. Two of my sons and my wife work with me (my wife is part-time) and love what I do. We love boating/jet skiing as a family at Lake Powell

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Mormon faith, however I had to gain my own conviction of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I served a mission in Washington, D.C. and it was while serving that mission that I gained my own conviction and testimony that the doctrines of the Mormon church are in fact true and that there are living prophets on the earth today. This was something I had to find out for myself without any pressure whatsoever from parents or friends. It was something that was borne witness to me from the Holy Ghost. I'm a Mormon because this faith has changed my life and I will be forever grateful that the Lord was patient with a boy who always wanted to know for himself. and He blessed me with that conviction!

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday. I own my own business and the integrity I have at work and for my clients is a direct result of the principles I learned and believe in as a member of the Mormon faith. I practice my beliefs every day in how I treat my wife and how I treat others around me. I spend probably another 20 hours each week serving in the leadership of our congregation and I can't count the blessings which come to me as a result of this service. It's a privilege to be able to assist others in service.
