Hi I'm Kayla

I am a wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and Mormon.

About Me

I am 24 years old and I live in California. I married my husband in March 26th 2011. We soon hope to get sealed in the temple so we can be together forever. He is an amazing man and we have both helped make our testimonies stronger. I love being a Mormon and am very thankful for everything the church and the people in it have done for me. I love to ride horses, go running, sing, go to Disneyland, spend time with my husband, family, and friends. I do not have any children, but I look forward to being a mother some day.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised as a member of the church. When I got older, I soon started to not care for the church and stopped attending. I started becoming active again a little before I met my husband. Once I met my husband, we both started to go back to church. My husband was also inactive for a very long time. Since I have become active, my life has changed so much. I fell such a big difference with my happiness. The lord has blessed my husband and I in many ways. He has helped us be where we are today. We will soon get sealed into the temple so we can be together forever. That is one of my most favorite things about the church. Your marriage isn't till death its forever. I also love how families are together. I am truly thankful for all the things the church has done for me. I love this church and wouldn't change anything about it. I believe that Joseph Smith was a true Prophet and that President Monson is our Prophet in the latter days. The Book Of Mormon is true. I have read it and prayed about it and I have felt the spirit tell me that it is true. Thank you for letting me share my testimony with you.

How I live my faith

My husband and I teach the 8 and 9 year old girls in the church. Every Sunday, we teach them about the scriptures. I love those girls like they were my own. They brighten my days when I need a smile on my face. I live my faith by attending church every Sunday and reading the scriptures.
