Hi I'm Nathan

I'm from Arizona. I am studying to be a pharmacist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Utah, lived in Ohio for a few years, then to Arizona, now I'm back in Utah going to school. I am taking the prerequisite courses to become a pharmacist. I come from a family of 4 boys plus my mom and dad. I served a mission in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro North/ Vitoria Mission. My hobbies include volleyball, basketball, and anything outdoors

Why I am a Mormon

First I'm a Christian. Christ comes first in everything. I want to affirm my belief in Christ and His Atonement. More specifically I am a Mormon because it is the dedicated way of a disciple of Christ. I am a Mormon because I want to be as close to God as possible by following His commandments...All of them. I am a Mormon because I believe in modern revelation, that God has not ceased to speak to man, that He has not ceased to call a Prophet and 12 Apostles to lead and guide His children on the Earth. I am a Mormon because following this faith, which I believe to have been organized by God and not man, is the way to bringing me absolute happiness and peace in this life and eternal life hereafter. I am a Mormon because I believe that the authority of God to baptize and perform ordinances necessary for salvation has been restored to the Earth through the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I strive to obey the commandments in my everyday life, abstaining from things that are immoral, unwholesome, degrading, desensitizing, offensive, unhealthy, vile, deceitful, and evil. I seek after things that uplift, enlighten, and enrich my life. I study the Holy Scriptures on a regular basis and communicate often with my Heavenly Father through prayer. I attend church on Sundays and renew my covenants to follow Christ and remember Him throughout the week. At church I teach a class specifically for the men of the church, to teach and be taught in the classroom. I visit people who also go to our church to befriend them and see that their needs are met.
