Hi I'm Justin C Steele

I grew up in Idaho of the United States, I dont eat just potatoes (they are good though) I am serving a mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Justin and i was born in Idaho, I am currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints in Toronto Canada, speaking spanish, (or trying), Its hard but it is the most gratifying and increadible thing i have ever done. I am a sports orriented person and i have made it a point to try all sports at least once, which is dangerous for me because i havnt really found one i didnt like, so i get addicted to them all, and i miss one when im playing any other, its a bit of a vicious circle really. Before my mission, i worked on the farm with my Family, and i also spent a small time as a window washer, but my more recent occupation was a River guide for the salmon river high adventure base in Idaho. Out of all things, i find the outdoors to be my home, my comfort. when all is said and done, a lone hike in the hills will bring me closer to peace than anything else. As a river guide, we taught and oversaw rappelling, kayaking, camping, and rafting to scouts and leaders. It was an amazing experience and i learned alot there. right before i left to my mission i mostly went rock climbing, kayaking and mountain biking with my friends Ammon and Ben, Ammon was recently called on a mission, and ben is in the Airforce currently. I also enjoy gaming and computor tech. with my brothers and my cousins, and i admit, video games are fun. Although all sports are the best, my over all favorite is Lacrosse.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because i have chosen to experience for my self what the church of Jesus christ of latter day saints gives us. I was born into a family that are all members, but the most important thing in my life is the ability i have to say with complete sincerity that my testimony is my own and it has come through 18 years of fortifying experiences that have all worked in different ways to shape me as a person, a son of our father in heavan, and a member of his true church which we are blessed with in the world today. I admit that at one time i did not take the church very seriously, and was only a part of it because nothing had inclined me otherwise, but through study of the Bible, the Book of Mormon, and countless other materials and words from others who have known the truthfullness for themselves, i have learned and prayed many times so that i might be sure of my own faith, and i testify that Christ lives and he loves all of us, that our father in heaven has a plan for us and we can know it and live it in our lives right now.

How I live my faith

I am serving as a missionary of the Lord and through out my days i strive to always follow the steps of the saviour. I am not perfect and continuously make mistakes and step away from the Spirit of the Lord, but as a attend church and remember Christ in all things, i feel that i can always be apart of the mercy of God, and repent.
