Hi I'm David

I am an Elder in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

About Me

I am a Dad first and foremost. Thanks to my daughter and her mother I have great blessings in store now and in the eternities because we married in the Temple, even though we are now divorced. I am 40 years old now, my daughter is nine and I have known the Mormon Church is true since 1998. I love the mountains and conversing with nature in general, especially I'm interested in botany and animals. I have a sizeable garden, two dogs, three cats, a turtle, a rabbit, two hamsters, and two birds! This situation is also thanks to my 9 year old! She's the best. I also like motorcycling and own two Harley-Davidsons. I like four wheel drives, and I own an '89 Range Rover and a 1980 1-ton 4x4 van...just put a new motor in it and it's totally cool! I like to party too, like a rockstar!!! I have some college education, but living by the Spirit is sooo much more educational and enlightening, especially if your still a student!!! Haha

Why I am a Mormon

This is the retored gospel of Jesus Christ. It is the stone rolling forth, breaking to pieces the image of the kingdoms of this world as foretold by Daniel in the Old Testament. The Book of Mormon is the stick of Joseph to go hand in hand with the stick of Judah (The Bible). Joseph Smith saw and conversed with the Father and the Son in a sacred grove in 1820 to usher in the last days and to prepare the Earth for the second coming of the Messiah. God our Heavenly Father lives and by and through His Son Jesus Christ He has created all things which are in heaven and earth, and the Holy Ghost beareth record that these things are true to every soul who humbly and prayerfully reads and studies the Book of Mormon. I know for myself by that very power that the "Mormon" church, so called, is the only whole true church on the face of this earth. By that same power all believers will eventually "know the truth of all things."

How I live my faith

I try and stand as a witness of God in all things and in all places and circumstances I find myself in, to always remember the Savior in all things, and do therefore unto others as I would have done unto me.
