Hi I'm Danny

I'm a baker, a traveler, a volleyball player, and a HUGE sports fan. And best of all, I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I'm the oldest of 3 boys. I've lived in Utah for my entire life, and have loved it (except when it gets too cold!). I love traveling, whether it's a trip to the mountains or a flight to a foreign country. I am a huge fan of sports (football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, you name it) and cheer passionately for my teams! I like rollerblading, swimming, and watching movies whenever I've got spare time. Warm weather is my favorite. And I LOVE listening to music.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because IT MAKES ME HAPPY! Everything that truly makes me happy has something to do with it. For me, the biggest perk of being Mormon is having the knowledge that, through the blessings of the temple, my family can be together forever! I love my family, and they're the best thing I have. I haven't always been an active member, and so I found that the times when I am actively doing what's right are the times when I am happiest.

How I live my faith

I am preparing to serve a two year mission for the church in southern Mexico! To me, that's the best way to live my faith at this point in my life. Being a part of the church has blessed my life, and I want to share it with others. Until now, I've served in my neighborhood as a church teacher for 11/12-year-old kids. It was a great experience to watch the kids learn and apply the lessons in their lives. In my daily life, I do my best to be positive and follow the guidelines given by our leaders, for the simple reason that I am so much happier when I do it! Learning to be more like Christ is a difficult process, but doing so is so spiritually and emotionally rewarding.
