Hi I'm Marcie

Im a beach loving cali girl, I follow my heart, my dreams and my creativity. I'm the only member in my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

How do I make this short and sweet...? hhhmmm. I'm a beach obsessed college student always seeking adventure and living off my imagination. My creative drive is far more powerful that educational, as you can tell, I'm trying to figure myself out. :) Being a convert to the church is the biggest blessing and most rewarding decision I have EVER made in my life, and with that, I am looking forward to seeking out what Heavenly Father has in store for me.

Why I am a Mormon

tracking back to where my heart was before I converted is not a place that I am fond of, or even remember for all that matter. The moment I was baptized, and became a member of the church may 23, 2010, my heart and life changed in ways unexplainable. Its like trying to explain how the spirit feels. Its there, present and strong, but putting it into words is like trying to put a face on God, its simply too perfect to explain. With every obstacle this life throws at me, I no longer feel the need to hide from the truth, but turn to it firm in faith and trust that Heavenly Father will help lead me down the right path.

How I live my faith

I have learned that church attendance is truly crucial in order for me to feel the spirit strong and beside me throughout the week. I strive to attend church every Sunday. I am a primary teacher and seeing the light shine through little ones helps strengthen my testimony in so many ways. Through my words and my actions, through service and smiles, I try to apply church teachings in all that I do, and try my best to live by Christs example, letting my testimony shine in the way I live my life.
