Hi I'm Brandon

I've been a member my whole life but still had to gain my own testimony. I know this is Christs one true church. Read and Pray.

About Me

Evan though I grew up in the church I never gained a testimony for myself till I had some strugles that made me go less active. I wasn't truely happy and I knew something was missing in my life (The Gospel of Jesus Christ), I finally got my act together and through the atonement of Jesus Christ I found peace and happiness and was able to go on a mission. I love outdoor activities such as: camping, hiking, fishing. Some of my hobbies are: working on cars, remote control airplanes, and making pens. I am a Eagle Scout and it has blessed my life. When I get off my mission I want to become a Pilot or a Chef. I am a diabetic (type1) and have been since I was 10. Being diabetic has helped me grow closer to my Heavenly Father. We must not allow our weaknesses and struggles question our Heavenly Fathers love for us. He sent His Only Beggotten Son so that we can return to him. Our Savior has suffered all for each one of us personally. He knows what you are going through (Alma 7:11-13). He will support us in our trials and afflictions if we have faith in Him and keep His commandments (Alma 36:3). You are never alone, you are always loved.

Why I am a Mormon

Well I was born into the church, but it was still my choice to stay a Mormon. It truly brings peace in my life to know that my Heavenly Father loves me and he has made it possible for you and I (through living the Gospel of Jesus Christ: Faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, Repentance, Baptism, Receiving the Gift of the Holy Ghost, and Enduring to the End) to return with him and be with our families forever. We have a modern day Prophet that is called of God and that receives revelation for our day. We have Another Testiment of Jesus Christ the Book of Mormon. We have the Priestood that brings many blessings into our live. God loves us and gives us these things to guide us and to bring us peace and happiness. We must not deny the Power of God, He can do all things. When we deny His gifts, we deny Him, we must become as little children (Matthew 18:3-4; 3 Nephi 11:37).

How I live my faith

Right now I am a Missionary, but when I am released I plan to do whatever the Lord calls me to do. This life is short and we need to show our Heavenly Father that we are willing to follow him and do those things he commands us. Then we will truely be blessed. "If ye love me, keep my commandments (John 14:15)"
