Hi I'm Andrea

I'm a musical theater lover. I'm an avid reader. I'm a wife and mother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My life used to revolve around singing, dancing, and acting on a stage. Now my life revolves around my two beautiful children. My life is still full of singing, dancing, and pretending, but my audience is much smaller and much more important! I love to read. I love to exercise. I love going on dates with my husband. But most of all I love my Savior, Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that my Father in Heaven loves me more than I can understand, and I know that being born a member of His church is the greatest blessing I have ever and will ever receive. I was raised a member of His church, and I have seen nothing but happiness and joy as a result of keeping the Lord's commandments, and following the counsel of living Prophets. Every time I open the Book of Mormon I know that it is the word of God and that it testifies of Jesus Christ. I know that our Father in Heaven loves the people of this day and age just as much as He loved the people of Biblical times, and I know that He communicates His will to us today through a living Prophet. I know that by living according to the guidelines set out by the Lord we can find happiness not only in this life, but throughout eternity.

How I live my faith

I strive each day to raise my children in a home filled with love and righteousness. I want my children to know that they are children of a loving Heavenly Father. I want them to know and love their Savior, Jesus Christ. I want them to go out into a world filled with evil influences, knowing what is right and having the courage to stand up for themselves and righteous principles. I know that what I teach my children and how I love them will prepare them for a successful life full of happiness. I also work with the 10 and 11 year-old girls at church. We work together on Wednesday nights to build each other up, renew our faith in Jesus Christ, and have a lot of fun! We discuss important topics such as dressing modestly, being financially responsible, loving others at school, and withstanding the temptations of the world. The girls I work with are incredible. They are smart, happy, sweet, and have incredible faith. They give me an example of what I hope to help my daughter become when she is that age. They also renew my faith in the rising generation and I know that each of them is a special daughter of God.
