Hi I'm John Ferrulli

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Jersey City, NJ but now reside in Stephens City, VA with my wife Karla and son Justin. My three other children Johnny, Kelsi and Kristina are all out at BYU Idaho. I am 48 years old and work as the Director of Information Technology for a retirement community in Winchester, VA. I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for 28 years.

Why I am a Mormon

I was never very strong in religion growing up as a Catholic and just went to church once in a while. I always knew there was more out there and that I was missing something in my life. When my wife introduced me to the church I wasn't sure what to think. I started to take the missionary discussions and noticed that the Missionaries had answers to all my questions. I also noticed the wonderful feelings I had and the happiness it brought me as I was around church members. I was like, I want what they have in my life. As I read in the Book of Mormon and prayed for myself and asked if the things I was being taught were true, I felt it in my heart like no other feeling I ever had that it was. I am so glad to know that my family and I will be together forever. My life has been blessed in so many ways knowing that the Lord lives and is by my side.

How I live my faith

Living my faith is pretty simple as I put all my trust in the Lord knowing that he loves me and wants me to do the right things. I am currently serving in the church by teaching the 8 year old boys in Primary and helping out as a Stake Auditor. I love my callings and being able to serve others and bless their lives.
