Hi I'm Keindrick Willis

I grew up in Tuskegee, AL. I served a full-time mission in New York. I am a card shark. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a fun, free spirited person and I have a crazy personality. I love to bring joy to other people by just being myself because it's who I am and I don't want to be a person that I am not. I play a lot of games, especially card games. When I served my mission, I learned chess. I am currently registering for BYU-Idaho. I have served a full-time mission in New York and it was the best experience ever!! I loved sharing the gospel and serving people to give them the happiness they deserve.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because the Holy Ghost helped me to be. My friends introduced me to the Book of Mormon when I was 17 years old. I didn't have a clue what the book was or the religion so they explained to me about it and it was convincing. I was flipping pages until I stopped in Alma 32. I love that story. I had a question. My question was, "Did I have to know everything about the Book of Mormon to know if it's true?" I found my answer in verse 21 in Alma 32. It states, "As now as I said concerning faith, faith is not to have a perfect knowledge of things, therefore, if ye have faith, ye hope for things, which are not seen, which are true." That verse gave me inspiration and a deeper meaning of what faith was. That chapter also told me to exercise my faith, applying the teachings in my life, and it promised me blessings if I did so. I went to Church and I felt the Spirit so strong!!!! That's my I am a Mormon. I have been a Mormon for 4 years.

How I live my faith

I have served as a branch missionary, a home teacher, and now gospel principles teacher. It's awesome!! I love to help people learn the basics of the gospel so that it can be easier for the members and non-members to understand it more.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Keindrick Willis
By reading the Book of Mormon, listening to the Holy Ghost, and praying to God because he knows all things. That's what I did!! Also, living the gospel standards so that you will know who God is and know who you are in God's eyes spiritually. Show more Show less
