Hi I'm Levi

I live in Atlanta, Ga. I am a runner, photographer, archer, soccer player, a brother to four sisters, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love to run. I believe that besides my family and the gospel, running has taught me more about who I am and who I can become more than anyone or anything else. I have ran several races and run 25-50 miles per week. Some of my hobbies include: archery, coin collecting, bowling, rock climbing, hiking, camping, and anything that is outdoors. Above all, I am a firm believer in my faith. Despite the fact that I was raised in the church, I made the decision on my own to believe what I do and I am very grateful to my parents who have allowed me to make that decision. Next to my faith, I am a son to two amazing parents who have raised me in this gospel and taught me a lot over the course of my life. I am also a brother to four younger sisters whom I love with all my heart despite all our differences.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I know for myself that the priesthood has been restored on the earth! I know that Joseph Smith was and is a prophet of God. I know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ and compliments the Holy Bible. I have studied the scriptures and have gained a testimony of this gospel. I am a mormon because I don't know where I would be without the atonement and the enabling power of the atonement. I know that Christ died on the cross for me and my sins and through him, I can be forgiven of them as long as I keep the covenants I have made with him. Along with my testimony I am a mormon because I know it is true and I have made the decision on my own after lots of studying, asking questions and faith.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying my best. I do not let what I do not know or understand interfere with what I do know and believe. I allow my challenges to strengthen me and I know that "if I am on the right path, it will always be uphill." (President Henry B. Eyring) I trust in the Lord with all my heart, might, mind and strength and I know that "with God, nothing shall be impossible." (Luke 1:37) The gospel is simple and I know that through the Holy Ghost, you may know the truth of all things. The way I live my life is to "try again tomorrow" and to try my best to "be just a little bit better than yesterday." "Just Keep Trying" -Elder Jeffrey R. Holland
