Hi I'm Mandy
I am a wife. I am a mother of two. I am a designer. I am a Mormon.
I am happy. I really am! I am dedicated to my family, to my faith, and making the world more creative. I am dependable person that anyone can count on. I try to enjoy every aspect of life, even challenges I face on a daily bases. I am married and have two children who are my world. Although I am not able to have anymore children on my own, because of health challenges, I feel gratitude for the blessing to be able to bring two children into the world. I love anything to do with creativity. I love bringing good design to life and hope to change lives with small and simple things. I have learned to love change, and embrace all the Lords blessings in my life.
I guess it all started when I learned about the Savior Jesus Christ at a young age. As I read the stories in the scriptures, and tried to live like the Savior did, I recognized how happy it made me. As a teen I attended church every week, and went every week to activities that helped me gain more love for the Savior, and for those who sacrificed so much to bring forth his church in these Latter-Days. Step by step I gained a testimony of the Savior, and know that he lives in my life. I owe my testimony and the knowledge I have about God's plan for me by being a member of this church. I know it is true!
I have been so fortunate to serve as a teacher to the youth within our congregation. Each week I attend church, and get to spend time preparing lessons to help young girls develop a love and belief of Jesus Christ. I also visit a few women each month in their homes and share a spiritual message with them. It is so great to be able to serve others just as the Savior did. I was so fortunate to be a missionary and live in Upstate New York for 18 months. There I taught people daily about Jesus Christ and was able to share my deepest feelings and beliefs about Him. Although I am not a full time missionary anymore, I am grateful to still share my faith with others. This church is not just a "Sunday attendance" church. I live the Gospel everyday by praying, studying the scriptures, and by serving others.
