Hi I'm Justin

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

The greatest source of joy in my life comes from my wife and son. We have been married for almost 4 years now and it has been such a wonderful time in my life. My son is almost 2 years old and makes my wife and I laugh everyday. I am a senior in college studying Mechanical Engineering. My hobbies include doing anything that I can get my hands on. I love to build and fix anything and everything.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I have truly blessed to have the parents who have taught me the message of the gospel my whole life. They taught me the importance of Jesus Christ in our eternal progression. They have showed me unconditional love in all that I have done. There have been countless times throughout my life when I have felt the spirit whisper to me that the gospel is true. The first that I remember being truly a memorable experience was when I was 18 years old. I would drive to college a half hour early in order to spend time in my car alone to read my scriptures. I remember many times being in tears and looking out the window at the majestic mountains adjacent to the college I attended and coming to a realization that the Book of Mormon was true. Because of these feelings I chose to serve a mission for the church and to represent the Lord in bring many to him. I saw many people whose lives were changed as they chose to accept the gospel and allow the Savior to change their lives. I saw it bring sad people to happiness and happy people to be happier. I know that my Savior lives. I know that he loves me and everyone. I know that as we choose to come to him that our lives will be transformed. Joy without measure will fill our lives. I know this is true because I have seen it first hand.

How I live my faith

I have had many different opportunities to serve in the church. I have served a two year mission in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. There I was able to teach people of the truths that we believe and appreciate. Since I have been married my wife and I have served in the local ward as a primary teachers. We have taught the 5 year olds and 9 year olds for 3 years. This has been an excellent experience. I have learned why the the Bible shares the words of Christ "to be as a little child". I have seen how humble and willing to learn that children are. This has taught me the importance of being willing to learn.
