Hi I'm William Walker

I'm a Mormon. I write books and try my hardest to make a living off of them.

About Me

I am a writer trying to get people to notice the books I have published. I am also currently going back to college so that I can learn how to start my own business. I write mainly fiction, fantasy mostly, a few short stories and poetry. Right now I'm busy looking for work, while at the same time trying to keep up with some of the activities at my ward. I am still single, currently trying to not only accomplish my goals, yet right now I'm trying to get my life back on track, which includes securing my own income, finding the right girl to spend my life with and making the future a good strong one for both myself and others. I tend to enjoy reading, writing, learning new things and cooking. One of the things people tend to recognize me for is the good food I cook up from scratch, mostly cookies, to helping out whenever I can, whenever I get asked to give a hand.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to keep following the church the best I can because it's one where everybody is treated like family, although you never can tell once you do your family tree, yet also we both believe in doing things the hard way instead of expecting it to fall right onto your lap. Whenever I feel down in the dumps, I know that there are people like the Bishop and regular folks there to help lift my spirits. The church has helped me out in the past with some troubles I've been through and the one thing I never do is turn my back on those who have been more then generous to people like me, who tend to be having troubles with their life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by just doing things whenever I need it. When asked, I make sure to help out if I could and can afford to if I'm busy trying to keep up with personal things like bills. I do hometeaching and whatever my duties are required of me and more if I can. I hang out with friends of my church, while trying to live the way the lord expects me to so that I can enjoy a nice, healthy, joyful life.

What is the Mormon lifestyle like? How do Mormons live?

William Walker
We live honestly and humbly. We don't take anything that would harm us, such as Alcohol and Tobacco. We live a life where God and family are our main priority. Our lifestyle is one where we live for each other, our family, friends, everyone, while following how Jesus Christ lived. We live to better ourselve thourgh hard work and a strong faith in our lord that he well be there for us while we do our part for him. One of the things we try to do is to try and grow up in the lord and receive the fullness of the Holy Ghost(D&C 109:15). We do this by always learning from everything around us and try to pass all the good things we have to future generations. Show more Show less
