Hi I'm Marci

I am a surgical assistant. I live in Washington state and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mom of 4. I like to volunteer for Hearts in Motion on their medical/dental mission trips in Guatemala for cleft lip/ cleft palate patients. I work as a surgical assistant. I like to travel, my favorite I have been is Belize- I was able to climb old mayan ruins there in the jungle- it was incredible! My oldest daughter just got married this summer and recently told me that I will be a grandma!! I am so excited!! I have participated in 2 half marathons and 2 10k races. I also enjoyed volunteering for IronMan- crowd control.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised LDS, but have chosen to remain LDS. I haven't always followed the gospel teachings. I have regretted many choices that I have made in the past. I choose to follow the gospel teachings today, it helps me feel happy that I am trying to be more like Jesus. I want to be worthy to live with HIM again some day- with my family. I want to live a life that my Father in Heaven would be proud of me for. I also want to live a pure clean life, to be an example to my children and friends. I want them to be happy too.

How I live my faith

I love to teach Sunday School each Sunday. I get to teach the 10 year olds- they are so smart. It is amazing to know that the kids today will be our leaders in our communities in the near future. I am so excited and proud to know that I get to know them now while they are growing. I have actually learned so much from them.
